Submit reports through an intuitive and user-friendly interface
Communicate confidentially via chat with the Anti-Corruption and Transparency Officer (RPCT), in accordance with legal requirements
Integrate and update previously submitted reports
Maintain an anonymous and confidential communication channel with the RPCT
Verify the acknowledgment of the report and monitor the proposed follow-up actions
The Anti-Corruption Officer can:
Receive an email notification when a whistleblowing report is submitted to the system
Access a private area to review received reports
Open a case file, interact with the whistleblower, and request additional information or documents—while fully preserving their identity
Update the status of the report, integrating it with information gathered through internal management
Collaborate with responsible managers using other features within the Vittoria platform
