Chemical risk assessment and management
As outlined in Legislative Decree 81/08 and subsequent amendments, the employer is required to carry out the risk assessment (a non-delegable obligation pursuant to Article 17, paragraph 1, letter a), in collaboration with the Head of the Prevention and Protection Service and the competent doctor in cases specified under Article 41.
