Risk Management System: The modules of Vittoria RMS
The vittoria RMS software is a Web oriented management tool designed as a corporate risk management system. It’s effective in the planning of all activities and fullfilling the requirements established by regulations, laws, and the management systems for the environment, quality, workplace, workplace health and safety and corporate administrative responsibility.
The software is modular and allowsa gradual implementation, starting from the analysis of business processes, the organizational charts, the resources and the equipment. Folowing is the list of all the modules.
Chemical module
Chemical is a module of Vittoria RMS designed as software for chemical risk assessment. It is a system that facilitates the management, archiving, and retrieval of documentation for chemical agents used, as well as for all activities and compliance requirements related to safety and chemical risk assessment.
CRM module
The CRM of Vittoria RMS has been developed to create a single tool that can track the customer relationship, from the first contact to the reporting of activities. With the CRM, companies can identify and manage the profiles of acquired and potential customers.
Ecology module
Ecology is a module designed as a system to facilitate the management, archiving, and retrieval of documentation for all activities and compliance requirements related to environmental impact and risk assessment.
Erm module
ERM Module that deals with enterprise risk management, allowing for the construction of scenarios and understanding the impacts that financial, operational, strategic, and pure risks can have on an organization’s business.
Ethics Module
Ethics is a module of Vittoria RMS designed as a system to facilitate the management of corporate social responsibility and the assessment of compliance with the principles established by SA8000.
Training Module
PPE Module
PPE Management is the module designed for managing and distributing PPE, or personal protective equipment, necessary for carrying out work activities in complete safety.
Interference Module
Interference is a module of Vittoria RMS designed as a system to facilitate the management, archiving, and retrieval of documentation for all activities and compliance requirements related to the DUVRI (Interference Risk Assessment Document), contractor management on construction sites, as well as access control and work permits.
Macok module
Macok is a module designed as a work machinery evaluation system to facilitate the management, archiving, and retrieval of documentation for all activities and compliance requirements related to machinery and equipment.
Portal module
Portal assigned to employees for accessing Vittoria RMS, fully customizable by the administrator who can assign various functions based on the required competencies, from timesheet management to supplier management to audit management. Also available via an app.
Quality module
Quality is a module of Vittoria RMS designed to facilitate the management, archiving, and retrieval of documentation for all quality-related activities and compliance requirements.
Respamm module
Compliance Module of Vittoria RMS is designed to facilitate the analysis of conduct that may constitute a crime under Legislative Decree 231/2001, create a valid Model 231 to exempt liability in the event of an offense, and manage the oversight committee’s controls and the generated information flows.
Sanorg module
Sanorg is the Vittoria RMS module designed to facilitate the management of occupational health surveillance and the assessment of fitness for job roles. It is possible to integrate the Sanorg software with the Occupational Medicine software.
Safety module
Safety Module of Vittoria RMS is designed as a system to facilitate risk assessment, management of legal requirements, planned activities, and all safety and health monitoring for workers. It is integrable with the PPE Management software.
Timesheet module
Vittoria Hub Module
Vittoria HUB is a module designed for cloud-based information sharing between clients and suppliers. It is a software solution for supplier evaluation, created through the management, verification, and approval of all relevant documents.
Company module
Company is the central module of Vittoria RMS where the most important organizational data is entered and managed. It is used to map processes and business roles, plan the audit program, qualify suppliers, and manage point-based licenses.
Dashboard module
A Vittoria RMS module dedicated to reporting, for dynamically reviewing data and generating reports in various outputs and formats.
Promaps module
Promaps is the Vittoria RMS module designed for creating and distributing company procedures, where it is possible to identify risk points and their corresponding controls within an organization.
Skills module
The latest module of Vittoria RMS, Skills, aims to track and evaluate the competencies and development of internal staff.
Audits Ok module
Audits Ok is one of the latest modules of Vittoria RMS, designed for the agile and simple management of corporate audits. It allows for planning, executing, reporting, and verifying controls within an organization.
Energy Module
Energy is the module developed by Vittoria RMS for managing energy activities and implementing a system in compliance with UNI EN ISO 50001.
Incident Management module
Incident Management is a module of Vittoria RMS developed for incident prevention according to the world-class manufacturing standard and the UNI/TR 11542 regulation.
Vittoria RMS APP
A full-fledged application compatible with all phones to interact with any function of Vittoria RMS from anywhere.
