Skills is a module of Vittoria RMS designed for tracking and evaluating all the competencies of a corporate resource.
Through a simple interface, Skills provides a comprehensive map where human resources, along with their roles, are placed within a business process. This allows tracking of how many individuals are available to perform a specific activity or skill.
For each resource, it is possible to verify:
Roles they have previously held, those they currently hold, and those they will take on in the future.
Individual skills they can perform within the process.
Competency level achieved for a specific skill.
If they are undergoing a growth pathway for a specific activity, along with the related evaluation.
History of evidence where they were involved for a specific skill.
